Reviewer Experience & Feedback

How technical reviewers inspect architecture, explore trade-offs, and submit structured feedback.

What Reviewers Can Do

1. Interactive Architecture Exploration

Reviewers can pan, zoom, inspect component topologies, and filter by domain without worrying about accidentally moving boxes or breaking connections.

2. Deep Decision Review

Reviewers can click on any component to read the exact Architecture Decision that created it:

  • See the primary recommendation and evaluated alternatives.
  • Inspect the trade-off matrix (complexity, cost, performance).
  • Verify the grounded evidence citing business requirements.

3. Submitting Structured Feedback

Rather than sending vague messages over Slack or email, reviewers can attach contextual feedback directly to nodes or decisions:

  • Questions: Request clarification on ambiguous constraints.
  • Risk Highlights: Flag potential security, scaling, or operational pitfalls.
  • Alternative Proposals: Suggest alternative technologies or architectural patterns for the creator's consideration.

How Creators Process Reviewer Feedback

When a reviewer submits feedback:

  1. The creator receives an alert in their Activity Timeline.
  2. If the reviewer suggested an alternative pattern, the AI Architect analyzes the proposal's blast radius and presents a comparative Change Set.
  3. The creator can either accept the proposal (which applies the change to the canonical model) or reply with clarifying context.
